Spaces are 8’ by 10’ with one 6’ skirted table and two chairs

$300 regular rate / $200 non-profit rate

Discount for multiple booth rental:
A $50 discount rate will apply to each additional booth rented, up to 4 booths. (E.g., 1st booth = $300, 2nd booth = $250, 3rd booth = $200, 4th booth = $150.) (Premium booths, pipe and draping included)

$400 regular rate / $300 non-profit rate

Lunches $17.00 each

Underwriting of beverage kiosk:
$500, to include signage at the kiosk and special recognition in program book

Program Book Underwriting:
$500.00, includes special recognition in program book

Each exhibiting company will receive the following (Upon receipt of payment):

• Complimentary admittance to keynote and workshops.
• Listing in the program book (only if registration with payment received by September 2nd)
• Listing on the CFLC website www.cflcsa.org with a link to your company website.

Only floor racks (for books, pamphlets, etc.) that will fit in the 8X10 foot space will be allowed. Tabletop racks are permissible. Large items that extend beyond the rented space paid for will not be allowed. If you will need more than one table, you must pay for an additional space. You may not bring your own table(s) to add to your space. Nothing may be attached to the walls in the Convention Center. Registration and lunch order forms (below) can be filled out on line, printed, signed and mailed in with your check or money order made out to Catholic Formation & Leadership Conference.

CREDIT CARDS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

No registrations or lunch orders will be taken after OCTOBER 14, 2011. Any reservations canceled before that date will receive a refund minus $100.00. There will be no refunds after October 14, 2011.
