Registration and Information
Remember ... Registration Form ...

DO...

  • Fill out the Registration Form completely. Please be sure to PRINT your information.
  • Place a check mark on the appropriate line next to the name of each individual requesting AA scholarship.
  • Enclose the correct amount in check/money order.
  • Make checks payable to CFLC.
  • Be sure to register by October 8, 2010 for best rates.
  • Register on site during the conference if you have not registered by October 15, 2010.
  • On-site registration begins at 7:45 am at the Henry B. Gonzalez (HBG) Convention Center.
  • Duplicate the Registration Form as many times as needed for group registrations.

DO NOT...

  • DO NOT mail registration after October 15, 2010.
  • DO NOT mail registration without payment.

 

  • Early registration fee: $50 each.
  • If postmarked after Friday, October 8, 2010, registration fee is $55.
  • Group Rates (10 participants or more): $45 each.
  • All individuals participating in ministries in the Archdiocese of San Antonio are eligible for a $20 conference scholarship available through the Archbishop's Appeal. On the registration form, place
    a check mark next to the name of each individual
    applying for this scholarship.
  • Cancellations before the October 8th deadline will receive a refund of conference fees less $10 (per person).
  • There will be NO refund for cancellations after the October 8th deadline.
  • Make checks payable to CFLC.
  • Be sure to include payment.
   
Conference Information Persons with Disability
  • You must wear your Conference Nametag at all times
    while at the HBG Convention Center.
  • Exhibits of textbook publishers, local religious stores and other vendors will be available for browsing and
    purchasing both days.
  • Available parking sites in the vicinity of the HBG Convention Center can be found on page 3.
  • A listing of available downtown restaurants will be
    provided.
  • We do not have control over the room temperatures.
    Please dress for comfort but also warmly if you tend
    to feel chilly in the A/C. (Layering is best.)
  • Baby-sitting services are not available at the HBG
    Convention Center.

The CFLC Conference Committee wants you to enjoy your conference experience. It is our desire to meet the needs of those requiring assistance.

  • Audio loops for the hard of hearing will be available at Conference Headquarters. Indicate your need for this device on the “Special Needs” line of the Registration Form.
  • The HBG Convention Center is handicapped accessible, however, if you need personal assistance, you must bring your own caregiver.
  • Elevators are available for those who have difficulty walking.
Recording Need More Information?
Conference Keynotes and breakout sessions will not be
recorded and individual audio/video taping is not allowed.
